Rewired Society: Return and Exchange Policy
At Rewired Society, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our policies below for returns and exchanges.
14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for a full refund based on the following conditions:
* Return Window: Items must be shipped back or postmarked for return within 14 days of the original delivery date.
* Condition of Item: The returned item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will be rejected.
* Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., original order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required for all returns.
* Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed by Rewired Society.
* Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges and any non-refundable fees (as noted at the time of purchase) are non-refundable. Certain items, such as digital products, final sale items, or personalized goods, may be excluded from this return policy.

30-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a flexible exchange policy for items that need a different size, color, or a different product of equal or lesser value, based on the following conditions:
* Exchange Window: Items must be shipped back or postmarked for exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date.
* Condition of Item: The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that do not meet this standard will not be eligible for exchange.
* Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., original order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.
* Exchange Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund (if within the 14-day return window) or store credit.
* Price Adjustment: If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as a store credit. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges:
* Returns: Customers are typically responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).
* Exchanges: Rewired Society may offer free shipping for the first exchanged item sent back to the customer, but the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so we can correct the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
